ATTENTION!

Attendees should be aware of the "Permanent Provisions of the Brady Law" which governs the sale of ALL firearms by Licensed Dealers after November 30, 1998.

This requires a background check through the new National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) program OR presentation of a permit that qualifies as an alternative to the NICS background check.

Attention North Carolina Residents.....
All Handgun Buyers in North Carolina can now purchase a handgun without a Purchase Permit if you have a Concealed Carry Permit....if you do not have a Concealed Carry Permit then you must have a Purchase Permit from your local Sheriff's Department.
